Grouping contacts into an organization in Trello is useful for teams that need to manage projects and streamline communication across clients or companies with multiple team members. This article will guide you through the process of creating organizations and assigning contacts.
View an organization
Select an organization to view all contacts and activities associated with the chosen organization. Switch from viewing activities on the current board only, to all boards you have access to by checking the box for "All boards"
Create a new organization
To create a new organisation, navigate to the Organizations view and click 'Add Organization'.
Auto-matching contacts to organisations
Adding an email domain for an organisation (optional) will allow SendBoard to automatically match contacts to the organisation.
Assigning contacts to an organisation
Assign a contact to an organization from the individual contact view by choosing an organization from the dropdown or entering a new organization. The contact will be associated with the organisation.
To remove a contact from an organisation, click on the 'x' next to the organization name.
