Limits during the Free Trial period
When sending an email during the free trial period on any of our plans, the following limits apply.
Add a maximum of 5 "TO" recipients per email
Add a maximum of 5 "CC" recipients per email
Add a maximum of 1 "BCC" recipients per email
Send a total of up to 10 emails per day
These limits are in place to prevent abuse during the Free Trial period. If you have a legitimate reason for needing to exceed these limits for your evaluation process, just drop us an email. Please include your account name and your board email address in the email.
Limits on the Free plan
If you're on the Free Plan, the following limits apply to your usage.
Send/receive a maximum of 50 emails per month
Send a total of up to 10 emails per day
Add a maximum of 5 "TO" recipients per email
Add a maximum of 5 "CC" recipients per email
Add a maximum of 1 "BCC" recipients per email
Replies are sent from your @sendboard.com address (no custom address support).
Outgoing emails include 'Powered by SendBoard’.
When viewing emails in Trello, email history is limited to the last 30 Days.

Additional limits on all plans
BCC limits on Essential & Pro plans
The Essential & Pro plans are limited to two Bcc contacts when sending an email. This is to prevent possible abuse. Do not be alarmed if you get an error when attempting to send an email with more than 2 contacts in BCC. If you need to exceed these limits, simply drop us an email and we will remove the limits from your account. Please include your account name and your board email address in the email.
Sending/outbound size limits
Total message size, including attachments, cannot exceed 10 MB
Text and Html body can each be up to 5 MB each
Batch endpoint total payload size, including attachments, cannot exceed 50 MB
Inbound size limits
Total cumulative size for all Inbound attachment files may not exceed 35 MB
